I believe in Video 1 when I'm looking at the Capital Building, you can hear a guy "laugh", but it's really sounds from the other video.

    (I took what was in the other video because the music was cool.. but sadly I had to have the car screeching and laughter in it as well... that's one of the main reasons I didn't use it for the Arlington video, it just wouldn't have been right.)
